Delivery and Shipping


GENERAL NOTE:

Shipping ceramics is expensive,  they need to be properly packed and weight affects the price.  The shipping costs here are estimated,  overseas costs are high I am afraid but if your shipping costs are lower than the rate quoted you will be given a refund.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes, we are happy to refund purchases providing they are still in their original condition.  The return period is two weeks from the date of delivery to you.  You will need to pay for return shipping unless for some reason the product is wrong or has been misrepresented in a significant way.  We do require proof of purchase.

CAN I ORGANIZE A LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes,  please contact the studio at 310.567.2233 to organize a manual transaction. 

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

UPS Ground.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping is by UPS Ground. This normally takes 3 to 5 days.

DO YOU INSURE ITEMS DURING SHIPPING?

Your items are not insured while they are being shipped.  If you require insurance please let us know and we will calculate those costs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Please contact us about international shipping.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED

We understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.
